how do you test a charger?
Accupower 13800, how do i know its working right?

Make sure the water in your batteries is a 1/4 inch - above the plates, use distilled water only, plug the charger in and watch the volts climb with your volt meter, a 36 volt cart will get to around 44 - 45 volt before the charger turns off, and may take 6 to 12 hours to fully charge, if your batteries are good a 48 volt cart will get up to around 55 to 65 volt before the charger turns off, and can take from 6 to 16 hours
