Default 2009 precedent Blown Fuse or other Problem?

I reconnected my battery but I accidentally had crossed a couple wires. When I turned the cart from Tow to Run, I heard a pop and then the smell of burnt electrical. I checke the 15 Amp fuse and that wasn't it. Do you know what could have blown?

I think it's in a yellow rubber holder directly behind the charge receptacle under the seat.
