Default honda or vanguard

what brand twin would be better for me Honda or vanguard? it will be installed in a g16 with 22" tires we live in Alabama with steep hills. 30 mph is fine just want hill climbing power also quiet as we live in a subdivision with a few picky people. also want easy starting as it may sit for 40-55 days between rides.

My first Big Block build was a Honda. Nothing wrong with a 24 HP Honda. Extremly tourquey and a solid engine. Just don't have the engine mod's available for them like the Brigg's engines. But the stock Honda would do anything you listed. Good luck on your choice
