How do you clean the build up of battery acid under the cart? Any specific cleaners or steel brush ?

I used a hammer and flat head screw driver, to chip off the crystal build up. I plan on welding in new pieces of angle when I get cart back to shop.

Re: Battery acid build up under cart
All you need to do is spray /pour a mixture of warm water and baking soda on it and watch it do it's magic. It is a cheap $1.00 store buy and works wonders. Just do it in a spot where you don't mind the run off going.
