Default Generac engines

Not sure if anyone is interested, but I have several used Generac V-twin 33 horsepower engines sitting around the shop that Im needing to get rid of. They have tapered shaft for generator application, but could probably be adapted for many uses. They run well and are set up to use propane. Im sure you could put a carb on them and run them as gas engines too. Im in the generator business, so these engines are starting to take up too much shop space. I can ship them from the shop. Located in Jacksonville Fl. Thanks

Im thinking, for a complete engine that is tested and runs good, two hundred plus you pay shipping. These engines have starters and all components to make them run, except the fuel regulators. They are currently set up for propane applications. I can also get you any repair parts from generac if you need anything down the line.

Do you happen to have engine model/code numbers? I need to look them up. No biggie though, dont want to make it difficult.

Bifferd, Im not sure how easy it would be to convert to gas. Im guessing you would have to find the carburetor that came on some models of the same type Generac engines. I think I have one of the 33 hp generac engines that is fairly new, that is a gasoline engine. I will have to check.

These engines are controlled to run at a constant 3600 rpm, by a mechanical governor on the older engines, and a electronic governor on the more recent engines. However, the governor could be bypassed and a throttle cable installed.
