Bad Boy BB-AMS4 , won't move
Hi, Working on a Bad Boy for a friend. Found several diagrams and testing instructions on this site, which has a wealth of knowledge.
It has a 48 v battery system and a single NAVITAS controller. I tested the throttle (inductive throttle sensor), taking voltage readings at the sensor terminals. Zero throttle ~ 13.5 V and full throttle ~ 10.3 v- some variation at each but pretty consistent. Per all I have read, the ITS is bad. Which one do I buy ??? I have seen the 25854-G01 on EBAY for $28 up to $200 from EZGO. Is there any difference in these? I took a resistance reading with a DVM and get about 9.5M ohms. The system does not seem to have any modifications to this or the controller Thanks, Glen |

Look into the recall that was in place for the original Bad Boy They did away with the ITS, Somebody got ran over by a Bad Boy so the recall was intended to prevent this
