Parts & Headlight/Taillight housings for 07 Fairplay?

Hey all,

Just picked up a new-to-me Fairplay 48v cart. Was missing batteries, so doing a fresh LiFePo4 Pack for it, and soon a new controller. While waiting for parts, I am working on the physical. Looking for replacement headlight and taillight housings, two of the 4 are melted or missing. Plan B is drawing up my own in CAD and 3D printing out of Nylon. While I am at it, need tie-rod ends, boots for the steering rack, brake pads, bearings, etc....

Is there any knowledge base out here of replacement parts? I am aware of the backstory with Fairplay, just curious if anyone else knows some interchange parts..

Sorry for the necro post, but thought I'd share some info on a good solution I found. Rather than messing with the stock wiring and broken housings, I ordered a complete kit for a 93+ Club Car DS. Worked absolutely perfect, completely plug and play harness. Only cutting I did was splice into the stock brake switch. And the holes for the headlights/taillights.

The headlights matched the countour pretty decent out of the box, then I took a heat gun to the flanges and gently rolled them over to more tightly match the body lines.

For the taillights, they *almost* covered the original holes, so I use a soldering iron and some scraps of body from the headlight cutouts and welded about 1/2" into two corners of each tail light hole.

Hi, i just aquired a similar golf cart more or less by accident - and am searching for infos about it ... i am quite satisfied to find that there are others who have the same cart - i couldn´t find any infos on it yet.
Does anyone know if its a copy of a known brand and where to get parts for it - seller said the controller is shot - so this will be one of the most important things to get.
