How is it mounted? An easy/cheap fix could be to just buy some rubber o-rings and put them on the mounting screws/bolts between the lexan and frame. Kind of to act like little rubber isolators between the plastic windshield and metal frame.

I had to remove the windshield from the frame

I lined the entire frame with 3M tape and it's solid and quiet now

They cut major corners and only used 4 plastic push pin bolts and dabs of clear silicon

I’ve drilled more holes and added extra push pins in mine in the past. Usually helps

I want to get a tool box for the bed

Probably like a chest style with a top lid

Likely a plastic chest with a top lid

I think the inside width of the bed is 44"

I am re doing the bed and storage

I bought a 39" wide black tool box and am building a platform for it to be mounted on

Will get pics up when the project is done

Black tool box and tie downs mounted

Very happy with the setup

Fills the bed space nicely, as the box isn't overly too too large

Tool box was $99 on Amazon
