Street Legalizing an EZGO Valor
Hey Guys-
Long time Club Car guy here on the forum popping into the EZGO forum for a few questions. A friend asked me if I could complete the street legal conversion of her 2017-ish EZGO valor. I'm not familiar with these carts but I know that some newer carts are pre-wired for street legal stuff. So I'm wondering if that's the case with the EZGOs. Now the cart already has headlights/tailights, as well as turn signals. What it needs is brake lights and a license plate light/mount. I'm mainly asking about the brake lights. Since it already has turn signals, I know that the rear light assembly has brake light capability. She gave me a whole new pedal assembly that is wired to operate a brake light. Is there just a pigtail I need to plug into once I install the new brake pedal? I don't have an exact photo of the cart but it looks nearly identical to this photo. Thanks in advance for your help and advice! |

Re: Street Legalizing an EZGO Valor
I found the two factory wires for the brake lights tucked deep in the existing harness in front of the steering column. Had to join an EZGO Facebook group to get help. Thanks!
