Does the power button on the battery always stay on ??
or are you suppose to toggle it on and off as you use it ??

I installed the battery pack but haven't driven it cause I am still doing a few things the 48 volt side has juice I can move the car forward but the 12 volt side has no power.

Do I need to drive it around or something for the 12 volt side to charge or get juice or something.

The pack is 100% full so that's not it and the motor and computer are getting power from the 48 volt side

I have no clue why I don't have 12 volts

Thumbs down Re: Extreme Team install

Having the same problem. Got mine last week and installed this weekend. 48v seems to work fine, nothing from 12v. Was hoping there is a solve before having to call extreme team.

I have tried everything fully charging rewiring and nothing
It's weird cause the 48 volt side works great
cart runs perfect and battery meter gives accurate reading
but I have no voltage at all from the 12 volt side with the button turned on and off just in case

I'm heading home from work now, I'll put a meter on my 12v side and confirm whether or not there is voltage at those terminals. It's 4:10pm EST now, I'll be home in about 15 mins.

no problem thank you
I already emailed Extreme Team
We must be doing something wrong it's to much of a coincidence that 2 separate NEW packs have no power on the 12 volt side
