Flash to pass?

Just noticed that the headlight/horn/turn signal stalk, seems to have have a capability to have a "flash" for the headlights. The high beam is forward or back (can't remember) and then it can move a little more towards the driver like as to able to flash a high beam or flash the lights when they are off. I would love to have that feature hooked up, anyone have any idea if that is possible?

I also meant to ask---does your turn signal stalk also move back, or is mine loose?
