Re: my Harley Davidson golf cart
I think the wheel steering was an optional feature. The tiller was standard.

Re: my Harley Davidson golf cart
I have a '76 with a wheel, but I nearly bought a '76 with a tiller, I think both were available, mine is a "d" model. Maybe "d" model means steering wheel? it has a "deluxe" badge on front, not sure if orig b/c it had a "camaro r/s" badge on it too. lol

Re: my Harley Davidson golf cart
My 76 had a tiller but I got a couple of front ends with it and a wheel assembly so I changed to a wheel front end. I think the wheel was just an option for mine is a D model also.

Re: my Harley Davidson golf cart
cool, I wonder if I can make the tiller mount turn with the front wheel on mine by hooking it up like there was a tiller on it. That would be cool to have a light on it that turns with the wheel.

here are a few pics of mine, I plan on re-doing it and using it for parades, and taking with me and my Dad when we go to antique tractor shows.
