Powerwise charger issues
I have an old plug style powerwise charger, and when I plug it to the cart the meter pegs below zero. I have opened the case and done a visual inspection but that is it. At first I thought it was the cart itself but after rewiring the cart properly with a diagram I still had the same issue. I cut the end off the cord and rigged some wire to it and used my neighbors newer style charger and the cart charges fine. If someone could tell me where I should begin with the charger it would be helpful. The fuse is good in the charger.
