Man sounds like it's running out of fuel? It's hard to tell. Maybe check the float in the carb and make sure it's not set too low.

What rpm is this happening at?

Did you contact Vegas Carts?

About half throttle, I just contacted them tonight so we will see, I felt it was a fuel problem as well got a new mower pump and still the same issue so I got an electric I’m going to try tomorrow, but pulling the carb after that if it doesn’t get this rolling

It looks like when the carb is going on the main jet that is when it is falling down. It certainly sounds healthy enough until that point. Are any governors hooked up ?

What does the plug look like? You may need a adjustable main jet to help with higher rpm performance.

Mine did the same stupid stuff. Put the electric pump on with a restricted return line, and don't mount the pump where the stocker is (or build a heat shield). Look at the location of the pump in a Club Car DS, location of the exhaust pipe, and then start the motor and realize that ALL of the engine cooling air is blowing straight across the exhaust toward the fuel pump. It's a recipe for vapor lock. Been there.

After you get your fuel delivery issues fixed, then dial in the (hideously lean) carb calibration and dig out the epoxied-in idle mixture screw.

Would you happen to have a pic of yours? And where the heck is the idle mix screw I looked everywhere for it

Plug is a perfect light coffee brown color, where is the main jet on this carb it’s nothing like the old kf82 carb

Idle mixture screw is in the mounting flange of the carb where it bolts to the motor....as the motor sits in your cart, it's on the forward-most side of the carb near the shifter assembly. You probably won't be able to see it without a mirror.
