Where can I find an affordable (cheap) brush guard?

Go to the design center section below in the forum. The second page has some post from an 18 year old that fabricates. He has a post labled "exteme's new brush guard". I think he sales them on ebay.
Hope that this helps
Mike

Looks nice. I am also looking for one that will clear fender flares. Looks like yours are close to touching. I would also like to mount my winch in it, but I don't know if they are strong enough for that.

Brush guards are just that. They are designed to knock down high grass and thats it. They bend very easy. If you install a winch get a recevier weld mount and attach it to you frt axle and than put your winch on a 2" reciver. Thats how i do them here. So when the winch is in use you are pulling from a secure point and wont damage the cart.

I have seen many bad boy buggies with brush guard mounted winches with the guard in pieces and bent to hell from using the winch.

It's about an inch above the fender flare...

Hi JimXtreme, Just a suggestion I put a ATV bumper on mine, just had to make 4 brackets to mount it, and it is good to push with or pull.
