Default Do I Need To Re Sand Body

Painting my buggie outside undercover. Got a coat of Nason base on and the weather set in. It's been sittin for 4 days. Got wet.
Do I need to re sand or wipe with lacquer thinner before next coat ?
Thanks, Muddog

I would clean it good and wet sand with 600. I would then spray another coat of base then clear. Do that to maximize the mechanical adhesion. Window between base and clear is usually no more than 24 hours. One more thing, stay away from lacquer thinner. Use a cleaner recommended by your paint supplier. Just cheap insurance. Good luck!!
