![]() I wanted to check and see if anyone was selling one by chance before I spent a fortune on a new one.

![]() Did you ever get a handheld connected to yours to figure out what happened to yours?

![]() I couldn’t find anyone local to do it, called golf cart shops all the way up to fork lift places. I replaced solenoid, fuses and relay with no change. Spoke to several people and the only thing we could surmise is that there is an internal issue with the controller.
Also many of the local shops are 8+ weeks out if they do have the unit, I really don’t want to wait that long. |

![]() If I remember correctly you were getting a code 32 which I believe means it is having trouble with the motor brake. Flip it to tow then disconnect it, flip it back to run and then see if the code changes. Also put your meter on ohms and check the resistance on the two wires coming out of the brake and report back.

![]() There is no motor brake on this cart, it is a traditional mechanical brake. I could be majorly missing something but that’s what I am seeing.
Also the wiring diagram for this model does not match my harness. The wire in pin 5 is supposed to be pink and actually black/white. I’m thinking that there was a change in the pins from one year to the next but all of the wiring diagrams I have been able to find have a pink wire in pin 5. |

![]() It appears they made that cart with and without the e-brake. Look here and then look at diagrams motor 1 and 2 to see what you have.
