Re: Disc Brake Kit
I'd prob use a piece of 5/16 or 3/8 all thread rod, use nuts on both sides of the orig brake clevis, and use nuts on either side of the new clevis. That should make it sturdy enough. You could also tack the parts together in a pinch if it wasn't stout enough and had some wiggle to it. Those parts are replaceable and should be available.

Re: Disc Brake Kit
i really do not now why it doesnt line up the bracket mounts to the proper location and the pedal part numbers are the same for a G11 and G16 but here is what i did i think it will be fine also had to move the line a little just loosened the line attachment bolt ever so slightly and spun the lines approx. 18 degrees now the lins have plenty of clearance to the frame

Re: Disc Brake Kit
OK I finally have the disc brakes all figured out and working great the master fits in there great I had to clearance the frame for the lines where they come out of the rear of the master also made a bracket and got the brake light switch installed rotors and calipers mounted fine i had to replace the hubs as the originals were steel and the new stock replacement ones are aluminum allowing the rotor to mount properly
