I know that Ultimate Marine of Central FL is an Epic dealer, they have like 30 in stock.

Re: Epic Cart - Anyone?
After viewing the photos of the E40L on Ultimate Marine of Central FLs website, the cockpit resembles EZ-Go dimensionally as far as I can discern with that limited data. Thus, too snug for my tastes. The leg-roominess of the Icon is what attracted me to it in the first place. For my needs, better than a Yamaha, and WAY better than a EZ-G or Evolution. If someone on the very-tall side has done a Icon/Epic comparison test drive, I'm all ears (eyes).
Added on edit: That non-foldable windshield with the wiper is a deal breaker for me. I hate getting solar-roasted on a hot day. Also the garish lighted sound-tube looks like a possible head-banger (no pun intended) and battery drainer. If one were to fire that up on the golf course, it might result in being dis-invited to play there again. Probably won't make you any friends on the paths, or in the 'hood. Summary: Epic's focus on bling might result in cost-cutting in areas not so visible. read: batteries, drive-train and running gear. Pass. Out. |

I had held out hope I could score a Umax Rally 2+2, but Yamaha doesn't seem to want to make/sell them. Their dealer network also seems tailored to golf courses, so basically pencil pushers/order takers. While I believe hydrogen is the future, I don't have time to wait. So, batteries powered EV it is.. |

Re: Epic Cart - Anyone?
I just purchased an Epic i60L, test drove about 10 carts, Drove good, great features, all the upgrades are worth it. Waiting for my programing cable now.
