driving flange
Now I have problems for the first time in several years.. I gave a driving flange on my 1974 HD cart. It is wobbling and almost stripped. Has anyone ever repaired one? have a good used one? Or any suggestion for repair. I would certainly appreciate some help here. I don't walk much any more and that is my only personal transportation! Thank you for listening.

Re: driving flange
The flange is wobbling on the shaft. I haven't pulled it down yet but I think the shaft will also need to be replaced or reworked. I have another crank shaft somewhere I haven't aligned or balanced yet. I have a flange that has the center worn out so when the weather gets to a little less than 100 degrees I will try a repair. For now I will need a good flange. It was 107 degrees here yesterday and my shop is a metal Quonset hut. I sometimes work until the heat shuts down my fluorescent lights but at 86 I think I will not do that anymore!.
