Identify year & tune up kit for ParCar using VIN
Hello, we have a gas Columbia ParCar VIN 8S-25045. I want to know the year but can't ID it on any of the charts. The VIN tag has "COLUMBIA ParCar CORP.' on it. According to the manual I found on manualslib it is a model C6G with a gas 4 cycle 9hp Briggs & Stratton engine. It is a shuttle people mover. I'm trying to find the proper tune-up kit (and also just want to know the year for future reference). Thanks for helping! Thinking it might be 1980s??...

I don't believe that Columbia coded the production year into all of the serial numbers for their carts. For sure, your cart is much later than the 80s as Columbia didn't start using the B&S motors until the late 90s.
