Gonna have a go at it.
Already picked up a new 94C Measured, checked, & thought out...... Time to see how it plays out in real life. |

I looked at one like that once..... I ended up going with something else but I did like that motor. I think the whole service manual and specs are available online for it. Have you looked?
What are you putting this in? |

Re: Well, I'm committed. Kawasaki FD620D
I saw it is popular in some overpriced green equipment, so tech info should be a breeze.
It's going in a EZ GO.(well about 1/3 EZ, 2/3 backyard build) Not sure on about which one; but the last "what do I have here" thread narrowed it down to a Marathon. (square spring mounts) The longest belt I've found (1 3/16") is only 45" so it's gonna be a trick getting this thing to clear the trans. Anybody got a 45" or longer belt I can use for set up? |

Keep us updated on how this goes. CPP used to sell Kawi liquid-cooled engines years ago until they got too expensive, and the owners of the conversions seemed to love them.
I am in the planning stages of a similar conversion, FH721D fan-cooled 25HP, so I am interested in how you make out. Post lots of pix! |

I had one of the Kawi 16hp water cooled ones. And yes, it was awesome. Came from CPP.

I have the EH72 in my workhorse. Engine mounting was based upon using the HD belt 1-3/16 x 47-1/2 OEM #36398-97

I'm gonna have to move the radiator. Hopefully I can keep the belt drive. Good news is it looks like I can keep the carb and airbox unchanged. |

When we say a bb conversion will cost
some scratch we usually don't mean chicken. |
