G1 rear axle question
I just reciently got my first cart. Not quite sure of the year yet but I do know its a g1. It has a 400cc arctic cat motor in it. I am stripping the whole thing down and redoing it ground up.
I was wondering if anyone has moved the rear axle from over the rear swing arm to under? if so any pics and info on what you had to do to make it work. And any problems or mods that had to be made so that there was no conflict with the belt? Also I was thinking about designing some kinda a-arm set up in the front like an atv....anyone got any input on that as well pros?? cons??? Thanks in advanced! I think I may have posted this in the wrong section, if so can a mod please move to the right section thanks! |
