There are alot of small UTVs that have sway bars, but they're $$$. Club car also makes them for the Carryall and Transporter/Limo models of the DS. They would certainly fit but you would have to make brackets to mount it and that adds complexity that you probably don't need IF you can get the right dual rate spring.

Well using this very very well built oil filter wrench I successfully turned the shock adjusters up. What a difference! It's nearly perfect other than the banging issue cause by the shock being fully extended. I've also noticed that the passenger side is sitting a little low. I do have most of the weight on this side but the shocks arnt compressed at all so it should be even. I'll be doing some measuring and trying to figure out why.

Here is some teaser flex photos [emoji1787]

Glad to hear it was just a matter of adjustment of the coils.

Launch it over the ramps! Go for it!

I think I figured out the ride height issue. The axle is about an inch off center more to the passenger side. I need to spend a little more time with the tape measure to figure out if I miss measured or it's just a matter of adjusting the links.

I haven't found any good videos or articles on how to tighten the links or square everything up. Any ideas?!

From my research; find a point of reference somewhere on the cart (i.e. center point of the front rim, a central point on the frame, etc.) and pull your measurements from that point on one side of the axle then repeat for the other side of the axle from the same reference point on that side of the cart.

Barring any prior frame structure compromise; your mounting points should be pretty equal on both sides.

That's pretty much what I was doing. It's just really hard to be accurate by myself. I saw a short video on you tube using 2 long pieces of metal bar stock and semi securing them with the lug studs on each hub. The length of the bar stock makes the missalignment much more obvious. I think I'm going to give this a shot and see what I can make of it.
