Default Tuning/Programming Dart EV 72V Cart

I was told that Bob Boyce isnt programming buggies anymore. I've read about the Curtis Handheld programmer however didnt know what options people had out there? I have a 2023 Dart EV 4person buggy with 72V system.

My goal is to get to 35MPH just to ensure safety on the street....dont need crazy speed.

Thanks in advance.
