Post Alltrax DCX400 Speed and Torque Question

I just finished installing my new DCX400 and HD solenoid yesterday. I have to say, I am VERY impressed with the torque. However, the speed was that of the stock controller according to a GPS.

The stock controller was at 19 MP/H max (with speed chip)

The DCX400 is at 19 MP/H max (Batteries fully charged)

Isn't the DCX400 supposed to do 24 MP/H on a PDS cart?

Overall I am very happy with the results. Very good torque, I can pull any hill in my neighborhood, and 19 MP/H is still pretty fast. Although I would like to do the full 24. Any suggestions?

Thanks

How would I check the brake drag? Tires are full according to pressure meter.

What should I check for? What options should be adjusted differently?

Okay, so when I plug the controller in, should all these be max'ed out? Including turbo?

Will this give me the 24mph or higher?
