Default 2014 Club Car Precedent 48v

Picked this 2014 club car precedent up last week. Put new batteries, rebuilt motor, new solenoid, and a new inverter. Can’t get the headlights, horn to work. The backup alarm works. Checked behind the dash piece for a fuse , nothing there. One fuse in the battery compartment and one fuse in the control box both good.
Any ideas???

Do you have a 48 volt to 12 volt reducer?
If so see if there is 12 volts coming from it.
Also did these accessories work before upgrades.

Backup alarm would be part of the under dash wiring and a different harness than the horn and lights. As Cobra,1 mentioned, check your reducer. Also, did you check the wiring connectors for the bucket harness in the battery compartment. Make sure they are not disconnected or damaged.

Lastly, do you know what brand light kit it is? Club Car, Redhawk, Madjax, etc.

I have a 2014 Precedent with light kit and horn. Dealer installed light kit I installed horn
It appears that lights and horn are working on 16 volts not 12 volts. Dealer told me it does not have a reducer. Should I be concerned and install a 48 to 12 volt reducer?
Thanks for your assistance.

The reducer is best for your pack and other accessories.

You have this same post in another thread and I have answered it there. It is best to ask it only in one place so that all your answers are together.
