So just so I am clear, I will cut the gray after the fuse, splice some wire on to it and add it to the same neg. post as all the rest until Monday when my new DPI Smart charger gets here. Cap the end of the gray wire gonging to the OBC.

Yes, you can break it at the fuse (yellow bullet holder) and use that side to land to the Neg or add a piece to it. In the end, you will have the grey and black wires coming from the back of the charge receptacle going to the Main Pack Neg. The grey sense wire must be there to tell the charger to turn on....

I put it on charger everything charged. I took it off and would not move F or rev. What now?

Check the yellow wire.... Sounds like you lost the Neg....
