Moved and courtesy bump! Welcome to BGW!

This is interesting... I googled Youngsoo Maxcar, and it seems that your the only person with one!
and it seems that you've asked about your cart on pretty much every golf car forum with little, to no help for about a year now!

I, personally have never heard of Maxcars before... hopefully someone else has! (It appears to be a Hyundai spin-off)

I'm sure you've seen this article/link before, but I'm posting it for the rest of the BGW community!

Good luck!

You are correct about that, I have actually been looking for about 2 years with no help at all. It is a HYUNDAI SPINN OFF OR MAX CAR but even with that info I still can't find any wiring schematics on them either.

I have not found a wiring diagram, however I have repaired two of those Maxcar controllers. In both cases the problem was a damaged solenoid driver transistor. Does your solenoid click when you step on the pedal? You can remove the plastic cover by using a thin Xacto type chisel blade to pry each side of the cover up over the snap between the cover and baseplate. The solenoid driver transistor is usually a 2SD950 NPN Darlington power transistor that can be replaced with a TIP122 transistor. See attached photos, disregard the missing transistor.

That’s good info, wish I would have known that before sending it off to FSIP and spending 300.00.
