OBC is crazy then..... The cart should be disabled when the charger is plugged in so I can think of 2 things to test:

1- What is the pack voltage when not on the charger?
2- You may want to bypass the OBC to test the operation, but I am more concerned you have a controller issue.

That is only about 44% charge, but it is enough to make it move.... (Unless you have bad cells....) But regardless, the OBC should have disabled the solenoid while on charge.

If that is a Sepex cart (has a run/tow switch) the Light Blue wire will be the Pos input and the Blue w/white stripe will be the Neg input for the small posts.

Was the controller present beofre the controller replacement or after?

What is the controller #?

Black is right for an IQ cart.

PS- Is this a new issue after replacing something or did it just happen one day and nothing had been changed prior to it?

the issue started before anything was replaced . and then they brought it to me after the OBC was replaced and i think the controller. the contoller # is 1510A-5251. Im wondering if its the MCOR because if i push the pedal down the seliniod does not click and then let it up slow it will click and if i push back down it will go if i dont let it up to far. I was told this is a sepex cart.
