Default elite Max 5 folding rear seat for Precedent

I have a 2008.5 Precedent and I'm looking for a folding rear seat made out of rust proof/resistant materials as it's going to be used in a salt water environment. Anyone have any experience with the elite Max 5 folding rear seat...??? If so, any suggestions as to the best/most reasonable place to purchase one...???

TIA !!!

Hi,
I have one that I recently installed. Nice seat.
I also purchased the cooler and hitch to go with it.
I paid around $550 for mine but with the folding step, it fits great into my 8' truck bed.

That...is...REALLY...niccce...!
A few questions:
Are the rear supports included and what happens to the roof drain ?
Any problems with the installation ?
Who and were you satisfied with the vendor ?
Most importantly...where's the cooler...???

The seat is nice and looks good. - Thank you!

The rear supports are included in the kit and the water drains down the tubes like the original ones.

The instructions are horrible to figure out (blurred, photocopy) but do-able. I would be happy to answer questions on the install for you.

The vendor is the guy I bought my cart from. He builds really nice carts for resale.
Nice, old, retired guy. (not a site sponsor)
You have to buy the seat through a dealer not directly through Custom Inc.

The cooler is the last picture. It is located under the rear seat and is integrated into the cargo deck.

I added the dual action rear springs as a precautionary upgrade. They ride very nice.

I have the max 5 also with cooler. It is sturdy and strong. Only thing i recommend if you get cooler is to drill a little drain hole in it for the water to drain out from the ice. First time i filled it with.... errrr... beverages i had to suck the water out with wet dry vac lol. Then i installed a rubber boat plug to drain next time i have.... beverages in the back.

Good point.... I forgot to mention the hole to drain. I drilled and bought a 3/4" rubber stopper from the hardware store. Works well for the drain.

You are welcome. Feel free to ask questions on the install if you need some help or get stuck.
I am sure you will like the seat.
