Those tail lights are ordered, as are some long narrow driving lights for the front. They are 8 LED each, and are long and flat. Will install them at the bottom of each leg guard, just above the floor pan mounting. Each has a swivel bracket so I can aim them, and they were $9 a pair! Hubby is using an old panhead brake light switch to wire up brake lites, and the running lights will be on a rocker switch on the front tower, probably in the middle, so they are only on at nite as they'll have to run straight off the battery to stay on without the starter/generator running.
My seats are really in a bad way I found out, but I just figured that a split bench I have from an old club car will be PERFECT until I get the original seats rebuilt for it. One long bench backrest and two seat cushions. It has its own arm rails too, so I can use those while I get the original rails re chromed later on. Am I obsessing? lol |
