Thanks guys. I just completed the OBC bypass and with my 5k pot in place of the original mcor, am able to operate the cart.
I would venture to say that you are correct in that the original MCOR would operate the cart, but not smoothly. I may hook it up and see for kicks, but I already cut it open with a hacksaw after checking it. Given that it is obsolete and likely inferior, replacement is in order. Just need to replace the MCOR and the charger now. So, what is the preferred charger for the 48v carts without the OBC? DPI GEN IV? |
