New Guy here, cart running slowly

This is a "Series" car. They do not have speed monitoring functions built into the controllers, so they do not need a speed sensor. The plug in your hand goes to the On-board computer that controls the charger. It plugs into the main vehicle wire harness. Cart won't run without that plugged in unless you have the On-board computer bypassed.

Sorry to bug you again with this, but do you the problem with my cart and the slowness after driving for a bit could be battery related? They are about 4 years old? Or could it have to do with any connections/wiring problems? Is there anything else I should be checking? Thanks again for you help.

It can definitely be battery related. Best thing to do would be to monitor the battery voltage with a multimeter while driving. Set the meter to DC voltage and use alligator clips to secure your meter leads to the main positive and main negative battery posts of the battery pack. Drive the cart around until it gets slow and report the voltages to us here and we'll let you know what we think is going on.

Ok so when the cart was sitting still it was at 49.0 once started to drive it would go down anywhere between 49-47, and at it's slowest spot it would be at 45.5. Here is a picture of where it is at when sitting still.
