Aflyer,

If you're using the stock components from your Precedent, I'd imagine your can buy the pin connectors. Any idea what a new/used wire harness would cost you?

Still breaking in the new batteries. I got the rear seat installed and I'm in the middle of painting the front roof strut so that I can get the canopy & windshield installed.

What gauge wires did you use from the SW202 to the controller? I'm about to install and I have 12 and 10 gauge wires handy. Was thinking of using 10 gauge between SW202/controller/MJZ-400D.

Awesome thread of how to do it right!! Great documentation with excellent pictures. Extremely helpful to newbies like myself. Thanks for taking the time to share your build/conversion. I love this forum!

What type of paint are you using on the aluminum roof struts?

The low amperage switching wires can be 12 to 14 gauge wire. All of the high amperage cabling should be 2g for the SW202 reversing contactor.
