I finally got a chance to get back to checking out the cart, I took your advice on the wiring diagram, i believe that must be for diff. model ,it's not the same solenoid or switch that's in mine ,also it looks like it has two batt.cables coming off the #6 batt. probably just giant exploded view line. anyway i only have one. I believe the solenoid must be bad , it reads 48v post to post all the time. I still can't believe that can be the only problem,I can' find whats stopping the circuit. where is the micro switch,and what is the mcor? sorry I'm not too savy on cart stuff, this is my first problem and it's going well.

I keep wondering why solenoid would go bad,there was never a arc or any shorting,i took it apart and it seems to be stuck in upward positions keeping contacts together,i'm assuming that's not normal.

Solenoids "just go bad" at times....no rhime or reason, they will just go bad. There doesn't have to be an arc or anything.

Sorry to get back so late. Your correct...... thats not right for the contacts to be closed. If it's stuck, then it's no good.
