Re: 1998 Club Car Regen//Dead End!
you know since you went this far why not yank the motor out takes about 20 minutes check the brushes and look at the armature and field coil also look and smell for anything that may be burnt.......one more thing on those reagan carts the F&R switch does go bad and you didn,t replace that but i hate to say it it could be a bad switch.......cost about 22.00 dollars.......i have had to replace several of those..........................................

Re: 1998 Club Car Regen//Dead End!
I forgot that to. I did switch the F&R switch. And the Run/Tow switch. I assume that the motor is ok because of it's unexpected start up on the rack?

Re: 1998 Club Car Regen//Dead End!
not sure it could have been just to posistion it was in.....sometimes you,ll get bad or low spots where it won,t do anything than if you hit the right spot it will work.......was just a suggestion as it sounds like you have done just about everything else...........................................

Welcome to the forum rockmaster........................
You'll have better luck of you make your post in the Yamaha Electric or Gas section, (which ever you have). This thread you are in now, is the "1998 Club Car Regen//Dead End!". The "Yamaha familiar" folks may never see your post here. |
