Muffler mod, lazy-PlaneJob-way?
So I read up on Mikes muffler mod. (for those who don't know, you plug the current exhaust outlet and make a new one).
So I'm wondering, why plug the original outlet? Being that I'm inclined to take the path that gives the best results with the least effort while still being effective... Why should I not leave the current factory exhaust and just drill a 1/2 hole in the bottom of the muffler to act as an auxiliary outlet? I don't have a welder, so doing the Mike Mod is out of the question right now. So what am I missing? |
