ICON Portal Charging algorithm software

So I have the inaccurate charging status that other's have (max charge is 49% after full charge). Have followed the thread and emailed the new dude about getting a replacement but have not heard back (been a few weeks).

On the portal is software available for download, charging algorithm software, does anyone know if this is the fix? I have the cables and main software.

no, that is the programming for the charger. They have an algorithm for each battery type.

I don't think the that portion of the display can be programmed. There is a file called "Speedometers.rar", but it looks to me that is only the speed portion of the display, which I'm assuming is controlled by a small arduino.

The reason the speedo needs programmed is because you can change tire sizes and if the carts are lifted or not...and the "gear ratio" can be different somehow?

I see a small arduino file in there that just loops and reads the "potentiometer wiper (middle terminal) connected to analog pin 3 where outside leads to ground and +5v" and it reads from 0-1023 over and over from a serial connection to display the speed.
