Default Any speeding tickets?

I certainly have the opportunity to get pulled over on this, you know golf carts have 2 speeds, stop and go. The next town over has some 15 mph streets without great signage. With all the tuning and top speeds of these things, a ticket would certainly be a kick in the pants. The typical traffic stop has a minimum of 2 or 3 cruisers

No tickets personally but the cops here take the rules/laws of golf carts and LSV's pretty seriously in my county.

My community is a golf cart/lsv community and they have multi use paths built for them. Speed limit of both is suppose to be 25 but most people are modded for 30. The cops tend to leave you alone if you're on a multi use path but on streets is a different matter.

Accidents happen here all the time, 9/10 times it's with teens though.

That's funny but I have to say, that's more likely for me as well so I need to be mindful of that. I'm usually just on the golf course though.

It's the same reason I don't let myself have a motorcycle. I know I'd be an idiot on it sometimes and probably end up dead.

I have a gas cart that will do 40-50mph if I were to open it up and it used to do wheelies...I'm probably going to sell it just because after a couple drinks I've caught myself going fast for fun and hearing the motor roar.

I don't want to risk a DUI...the electric ones topping out at 30'ish keep me safer and they don't "sound" as cool, so it's like a good Honda Accord that'll keep me out of trouble.
