Got a chance to see if the Kubota D722 will fit between the ezgo frame rails today.




Yes, thats an electric rear axle. It's coming out obviously. Muffler is just on there for break in. It'll come off and get relocated...maybe. May just run open exhaust.
















I'm going to cut out that angle going across and use a shorter oil pressure sending unit to get a little room around the starter. That sendin unit was for the run stand so its kinda universal. Also more room for a future turbocharger.


I may end up trimming the oil pan a bit....it doesn't hang down too bad though. The engine stand brackets are still bolted to the engine if someone is wondering what those are.

question....I'm assuming that motor is liquid cooled???
If so, what are you plans for the radiator, fan?

Radiator I think is 11"x12". It'll go on the right hand side. Electric fan with some duct work for air flow.

Straight pipe with no turbo is really loud....turbo and no muffler is very reasonable.
