Note to anyone else using front air shocks on the front. Trim the bottom of the shock cover. Couldn't figure out what was holding my shocks back from full lift, bottom of cover was catching on the shock mounts (since they're outside axle now) which stretched the front holes. Glad these light bar mounts will cover it up, although the wide flange head bolts I used covers it up already. |

Re: InfiniteReality's '99 Lowered EZGO TXT Build
New walk around video, this time with a gimbal.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VP2fQLCOMyA Test fit the light bar with my brackets, all mounted as expected. Need to tweak a little bit and do a final print. I'll never use the strobe part but it is cool option, especially when it strobes alternating the white and amber. Tinting the clear taillight lens with VHT Nightshades I had laying around. Only 2 coats, will wet sand and clear tomorrow. Quick logo for the flat bottom suede steering wheel. Will definitely redo the center cap logos to be an outline. I'm considering getting some "domed" vinyl logos made for the steering wheel, maybe center caps since they're all the same except for size. By domed, it's the type they add a clear epoxy over the vinyl for a 3D look. |

Re: InfiniteReality's '99 Lowered EZGO TXT Build
Decided to test out an overlay for the rocker emblems
Not a fan, at least or gloss black. May try again with satin and less offset so more black and less orange than the pic. Updated the center cap logo to an outline. Smoked taillights installed. Also made some vinyl overlays for the LED reflector face. Idea behind it is to darken the lens a tad more without affecting light output |

Re: InfiniteReality's '99 Lowered EZGO TXT Build
Finally bought some new batteries for the cart, $420. Others still worked fine since I replaced acid earlier this year, but they are still on their last leg (battery date 5/16). Sam's had $20 off per battery so couldn't pass it up the opportunity Obviously not Trojans, but all we do is cruise around my neighborhood and these should suffice for now. After a charge we put little over 8 miles on them today.
Random pic of my low beams against the shop, may have shared already |

Re: InfiniteReality's '99 Lowered EZGO TXT Build
Guess it's time for some eye candy since I washed all 3 this past Friday and Saturday was a beautiful day so I took the opportunity for a little photoshoot. My neighbors probably think I'm weird and they're right.
I have a thing for gray with orange accent vehicles. All 3 are different shades of gray. Audi is wrapped in Avery dark gray, SLC (Superlite Coupe) is painted Grigio Telesto and cart is TCP machine gray. Aways wished the other 2 were a shade or 2 darker so got the opportunity with the cart. |

Re: InfiniteReality's '99 Lowered EZGO TXT Build
When wife, kid and I were riding around this evening I was wishing I had a remote to easily change songs or volume since it's not close as in a car. I thought I maybe saw one in the box of the cheap android 9in screen. Also was a reverse camera in the box too, although did remember that. Not a fan of the look, but sure will make life easier when we're riding around.
