Just to update, installed a new Navitas controller and everything is working again. I’m also curious if anyone has ever heard of a controller being blown by switching to run while charging.

Great news J.D.!

I also am very curious about switching the run/ tow while charging. Anyone know about this being a problem?

Shouldn’t be a problem, but the stock controllers are not always the most forgiving of overvoltage or short circuits. Generally if something blows up when switching the tow/run switch something is hooked up wrong, but it’s hard to say for sure. The Navitas controller has built in protections for a lot of that, so sounds like you should be good from here out.
