Yes it does, but the way it reads is opposite from that, we have some wires goin to different colors in order to get the tail lights and head lights and brake lights working. We're having trouble because we can't get the flashers to work even with the flasher cartridge, I may have to break down and pay someone

Hey guys I want to thank all of you for your help, I got I touch with the company I bought it from and they emailede the directions to put the switch into the harness they never came with the correct directions, they said they've had several people call about not gettig them. They have awesome customer support and made it right
