You need to check your meter OR probe the charger plug write down the readings go to your buddy and do the same with his charger you must have close to 180 ohms for a 3/8 amp fuse there is no way a 6 ohm will work at 48 volts that is 8 amps not 3/8 amp. when I asked you to pull the leads off the relay upper ones and measure the coil did you do that or leave the leads connected and measure?? getting two different readings leads me to believe you did not.

Ok I went out and measured mine Yes on the 20k scale it does read low but when you put it on the 2k or 200 ohm scales it does not read so its got to be the diode use the 2k scale

this explains alot I see no fuse in the grey wire in my diagrams

fuse is on the other end of grey wire. That diagram shows the grey wire at the obc

new obc got me going, spent my time off with that instead of playing. Not suprised, but atleast I'm going. Thanks for all the help gaminde
