Ok I found a post and installed a jumper and I put a meter on the charger it puts out 63vdc. When I plug it in I didn't see the charger meter climb up is that because of the jumper?

If the meter didn't move it isn't charging. Did you connect the neg black wire from the charger port directly to the Battery neg?

What you would want to do is read your battery voltage before plugging in the charger and then afterward you should be an increase in pack voltage. This will confirm that the charger is putting out to your batteries. But first you would have to re-route the negative wire from the charger port directly to the main pack negative as it ran to the OBC before.

I did read pack voltage before and after I messed up my 13 year old was helping and our negative wire fell off the stud on the charger port before I got the nut tight.
This time thimgs worked and pack voltage jumped up from 51.4 to 53.6 and needle moved. Thanks for the help.
