Default Precident vin #JE

So i have a 2014 precident with the letters JE in the vin can someone tell me exactly what that means. This may be needed info for ordering parts. Thanks Jerry

*** i just ordered one from Revolution Golf Cars, LLC why do they sell them them. I probably got my info screwed up. I know there is a magnet in there. I thought it would be easier then running it to the dealer for speed code 4.

I think if you look on his website it says something like "HIGH SPEED MAGNET, IQ SYSTEM" or something like that. Yours is an I2 Excel, but all you need to do is call him first thing in the morning and tell him it was a mistake.

It's because the IQ cars depend solely on the speed signal from the sensor to monitor motor RPM. The Excel system is much more complex and reads more data from the motor than just the speed signal. Installing a speed magnet in a motor with an Excel system will throw the controller into a state of confusion and will cause it to behave erratically.
