Its my first cart, but with the advice of everyone here and a little luck, i started ordering stuff yesterday. It needs alot. But, i have 6 t-875s, a charger, stock controller, motor (all donated from a lithium upgrade on my neighbor’s precedent) and a straight rolling frame under this thing so here goes.

Trying to find as much as i can on craigslist/FB from newer donor carts because otherwise this could easily prove to have been foolish endeavor and shouldve just bought a finished cart. Being in FL, theres at least a decent amount of carts around.

Yesterday i started buying....
Battery bucket, all-sports 6” a-arm lift, front and rear shocks, floor mat, brake cables, main wire harness, run/tow switch, solenoid, obc, black roof and rear underbody, 2g cables.

Still have to either pickup or locate: left underbody support pillar, basket and rear roof mount pillars, wheels/tires (22-23” street/turf) front and rear body, fnr switch, bucket seats, rear bumper.

Once its running, im sure ill upgrade motor and controller, but for now getting it running and stuff is the priority. Thought itd be a fun project to tinker with, and get familiar with it.
