Default Westinghouse 436?

Picked up an old old Westinghouse 2 seat 4 wheel electric cart.
Looks like the many pictures i have seen of the 436.
I will post a picture later.
Has some mods done to it for aesthetics, carpet and wood all over, and i am having trouble finding the vin / id plate .
Anyone know where its located?

Are these collectors items or not worth much?
Looking at a major mod to it with all new lifted suspension but if it is worth more stock i may not.

Not collectible so mod away. We had an old 3 wheeler at the ranch forever. It finally rusted in two. The id tag was located below the seat where the drivers heels would wear the #s off on ours

Around 1967 they came out with the model 436 series four wheelers and 437 three wheelers. Note the 436 pictured above.
In 1976 Westinghouse revised their overall corporate strategy and the electric vehicle division was sold.
Under its new owners "HMK Marketeer" they produced the models 438 and 439 which looked very similar to the models 436 and 437.

There are also a good many classified available on-line,
and found prices ranging $ 600.00 to $ 1,200.00 and up, depending on year and condition.

Thank you for the replies.
Looked it all over.
Well i can not find a plate or stamped numbers anywhere.
Hope they are not worn off.
To ride anywhere anymore around here you have to have a plate and that means numbers.

I think this is actually a Marketeer. Has an M on both pedals.
Hubcaps have the Westinghouse emblem on them.

I realize I'm answering to a old post, but I'm working on a Westinghouse cart now. The Model tag is on the driver side next to the F/R switch.

That looks like mine before I started my project on it. My id plate was on the side under the forward/reverse switch. 438 with the cooler in the front.

I just picked up a 3 wheeler... I was going to buy it for parts. I build electric garden tractors. But after I googled what I have I see they are becoming collector items. So I decided to restore it instead.
