Default Everything you need to tune your Tomberlin Emerge 48ss to 30+mph SAFELY

So I actually ended up selling my golf cart a while ago, and forgot about this file. I have a map that I used reliably, for a year, without burning up my batteries or overheating my motor and I thought somebody else may want to use my parameters as well. When I setup this tune, I did it in 5% increments and kept checking the core temp to make sure it didn't burn anything up. In Florida's hot summer, I managed to keep the core temp around 170F, basically half of what its rated at while still making it faster.

Here's my beast, sitting on adjustable coilovers :)

I never recorded the final tune and run unfortunately, but here is one at 29 mph about half way through my tuning process..

Here is another video of me racing my neighbor's motorized bicycle, and then going to the local car meet later that night and calling out Hondas lol...

(Its long but entertaining none the less)

The max speed I would reach is 33 mph (stock tires, FLAT roads and HOLD this speed until i let off the pedal)
Battery life was only shortened by 10 miles
This is a dual tune setup; one for speed and one for normal use

Overall, I had no issues with it and it still remained totally a "daily driver" but just faster than OEM. Top speed was 33, but my 50 foot mph from a stand still went from 14 mph to 22 mph. Low end is greatly increased and the cart really launches.

My 33mph tune:

To use this, simply print it out and manually enter the parameters. You'll need a tuning cable and software of course.

Tuning cable:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/151693252272 - Just tell them which controller you have, or if dont know, tell them which year make and model cart you have.
They also include drivers for the cable and instructions on how to set it up.

Software:
you need Curtis 1314 PC programming station (OEM) 3.12 build 35
(Yes you have to buy it... unless you already have the license, and have lost your original, you can find a back up here)
http://www.filehosting.org/file/deta...tup%282%29.exe (only free hosting i could find, you have to put in your email to get the download link, it works dont worry)

Note: I adjusted the toe of the front suspension to not be as drastic as specified by factory. That's a big limiting factor. You'll want it as straight as possible to reduce drag. Also i kept my tires aired up at max psi to reduce rolling resistance. These things make a big difference.

If you need the OEM map settings, they're here too:
